Establishes standards for the discharge of treated sewage, graywater, other wastewater, and air emissions from cruise ships and commercial passenger vessels into the marine waters of the State. Prohibits the discharge of untreated sewage from commercial passenger vessels into the marine waters of the State. Provides for recordkeeping and monitoring. Provides criminal penalties. |
