SB2360	RELATING TO AIRLINES	ECD/TSM/TMG, JHW
	Establishes a tax credit for airlines with flight crews based within the State of Hawaii.

SB3116	RELATING TO CRUISE SHIPS	TSM/ECD/ENE, WAM
	Establishes standards for the discharge of treated sewage, graywater, other wastewater, and air emissions from cruise ships and commercial passenger vessels into the marine waters of the State. Prohibits the discharge of untreated sewage from commercial passenger vessels into the marine waters of the State. Provides for recordkeeping and monitoring. Provides criminal penalties.

SB2476	RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE	TSM/ECD, ENE
	Establishes the commercial passenger vessel environmental compliance program on the discharge of effluents.

SB2567	RELATING TO WAIKIKI SPECIAL DISTRICT TAX CREDIT	TSM/ECD, WAM
	Provides a tax credit for resort facilities in Waikiki that comply with the provisions of the Waikiki Special District.

SB2568	RELATING TO WAIKIKI SPECIAL FACILITY TAX CREDIT	TSM/ECD, WAM
	Provides a tax credit for new resort facilities in Waikiki and renovations to existing resort facilities to correct a county building code violation that was previously waived by the county.

SB2437	RELATING TO OCEAN RECREATION	TSM/ECD, WAM
	Institutes a moratorium on dolphin tour operator permits in Waianae to protect the nearshore habitat populations of the resident Hawaiian spinner dolphins and akule nurseries.

SB2395	RELATING TO INFORMATION PRACTICES	TSM, JHW
	Exempts the Hawaii convention center from the freedom of information law for the Hawaii convention center if compliance would result in a license agreement not being executed by a licensee requesting nondisclosure.
