RELATING TO CIVIL DEFENSE SIRENS. Expedites the construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of civil defense warning or signal devices and sirens by exempting these items from the definition of "development" for purposes of coastal zone management. |

Authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds and appropriates funds for the maintenance of the west Hawaii veterans cemetery in the county of Hawaii. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
