Authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds and appropriates funds for the maintenance of the west Hawaii veterans cemetery in the county of Hawaii. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
