Authorizes the deposit of penalties, fines, and other administrative charges into the Hawaii Historic Preservation Special Fund. And allows monies from the Fund to be used to pay for permanent and temporary staff positions, and administrative and operational costs for the Historic Preservation Program.

RELATING TO THE MUSEUM OF HAWAIIAN MUSIC AND DANCE.

Establishes the museum of Hawaiian music and dance within DAGS for Hawaiian music and dance to be headed by a board of directors. Authorizes the expenditure of funds for the museum of Hawaiian music and dance from the works of art special fund and OHA. Appropriates funds.

RELATING TO RESORT FACILITY TAX CREDIT.

Provides a tax credit to qualified taxpayers that provide wireless internet access in qualified resort facilities.
