RELATING TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. Requires Leeward Community College to establish a program to provide cultural education and integration, language, employment, training, and legal services for Micronesian, Marshallese, and Palauan immigrants in Hawaii in order to assist them in becoming gainfully employed members of the community. Requires Leeward Community College to fund the program through an application for a grant from appropriations made to Hawaii pursuant to the Compact of Free Association Amendments of 2003, P.L. 108-188, 11 Stat. 2027.
