Clarifies that when a civil service employee is released from a new position for inefficiency during the probationary period, that employee may be returned to a vacant comparable position, as determined by the employer, or the employee's former position as currently provided. |

Extends from sixty to ninety days the period by which employers must notify employees and the director of labor and industrial relations of its intention to close, partially close, or relocate. Requires employers to provide written notification of the discontinuance, termination, or reduction of housing or housing assistance to employees and the director of labor and industrial relations. |
