RELATING TO DRUG DEMAND REDUCTION ASSESSMENTS. Adds to the offenses for which an offender must pay the drug demand reduction assessment used to fund drug treatment. Amends priority of payment to require payment of restitution, probation fees, and crime victim compensation fees before assessment. Places burden on offender to show inability to pay. |
