Prohibits corporations, labor organizations, and banks from making campaign contributions directly from corporate, labor organization, or bank treasuries; requires establishment of separate segregated fund through which employees can make contributions; provides that intentional and knowing violations of the campaign spending law shall be a class C felony. |

RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING. Requires Senate, House and OHA candidates to file mandatory reports by electronic means. Allows candidates to request a waiver from electronic filing. |

RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING Clarifies provisions relating to the filing cycle of candidate organizational and expenditure reports. Revises provisions relating to the disposition of excess contributions. |
