The following bill has been deleted from the agenda:

SB 2451

RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING.

Prohibits a person from soliciting or receiving campaign donations on government property; prohibits government contractors with total contracts over $25,000 from making contributions; prohibits use of contributions for personal expenses; amends registration requirements; clarifies that excess contributions must be returned within 30 days; makes false reports or illegal contributions a class C felony; eliminates public funding for candidates in special elections; repeals the fundraiser limitations.
