RELATING TO OFFICE OF HAWAIIAN AFFAIRS. Makes a $15,100,000 appropriation to OHA in ceded land revenues. Creates a joint advisory committee to study alternative approaches to payment of ceded land revenues to OHA. Makes an appropriation to the department of the attorney general to provide logistical and staff support for the joint advisory committee. |

Testimony may also be faxed if less than 5 pages in length, to the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms Office at 586-6659 or 1-800-586-6659 (toll free for neighbor islands), at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
The presentation of individual oral testimony may be limited at the Chair's discretion. Due to Session, the hearing must conclude by 11:00 a.m.
