RELATING TO LONG-TERM CARE.

Establishes a long-term care income tax to pay for long-term care benefits; establishes long-term care income tax credit for amounts paid for purchase of long-term care insurance; appropriates funds.

Requires the Department of Human Services to combine case management and personal care Medicaid payments to maximize participation by assisted living facilities.
