RELATING TO THE SCHOOL-COMMUNITY BASED MANAGEMENT. Establishes June 30, 2005 as the date by which all public schools shall initiate school/community-based management. Requires that such a management system have a training and information component that makes clear to the stakeholders and school/community-based management councils their respective powers and roles. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
