RELATING TO TUITION ASSISTANCE.

Makes a an appropriation for tuition assistance for national guard members enrolled in degree programs at the University of Hawaii.

Sets aside $1 in federal impact aid for the establishment of a military liaison position within the Department of Education and to provide funding for the Joint Venture Education Forum.
