On March 4, 2004, the Committee on Economic Development heard GM 290, submitting for consideration and confirmation to the Small Business Regulatory Review Board, Gubernatorial Nominee DORVIN D. LEIS, for a term to expire 06-30-04. The Committee voted to Advise and Consent to the nomination on March 11, 2004. GM 423 extends Mr. Leis appointment for an additional four-year term.
The Committee has already heard and received testimony regarding Mr. Leis appointment. NO ADDITIONAL TESTIMONY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
