HB 2840 HD1 (HSCR585-04)	RELATING TO ENHANCING ECONOMIC DIVERSITY. Appropriates funds to study the feasibility of a Kalaeloa Technical Park project to enhance economic diversity. (HB2840 HD1)	ECD/WLA/SAT, WAM

The following measure has been deleted from this hearing notice and will be heard March 18, 2004, at 2:45 in Conference Room 225.

HB 2396 HD2 (HSCR770-04)	RELATING TO CAPITAL INVESTMENTS. Creates the Hawaii Private Investment Fund to increase the availability of equity and debt capital. Establishes a tax credit for Hawaii business-research institutes. Changes the refundable research activities tax credit to nonrefundable. Clarifies the existing investment tax credit. Extends the technology infrastructure renovation tax credit and the research activities tax credit to taxable years beginning before January 1, 2011. (HB2396 HD2)	SAT/ECD, WAM
