RELATING TO CONSUMERS. Amends the proposed maximum pre-tax wholesale and retail price of regular unleaded gasoline by determining the baseline price according to the national spot price, as reported by the Oil Price Information Service, and establishes maximum pre-tax wholesale and retail prices for mid-grade and premium gasoline and diesel fuel. |
