With regard to mortgage broker and solicitor licensing, allows experience as a licensed insurance producer to substitute for experience in mortgage financing transactions where the licensed insurance producer only arranges mortgage loans with an insured depository institution, as defined in 12 U.S.C. section 1813(c)(2), that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of an insurer, or an affiliate of an insurer with which the insurance producer has an exclusive insurance agency relationship. RELATING TO THE LANDLORD TENANT CODE. Amends the Landlord Tenant Code by specifying that a tenant's unlawful possession of any dangerous, harmful or detrimental drug is an improper use of the premises; also prohibits permitting a guest or visitor to possess any dangerous, harmful or detrimental drug; authorizes the landlord to respond to prohibited drug possession by bringing a summary possession action. Testimony may also be faxed if less than 5 pages in length, to the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms Office at 586-6659 or 1-800-586-6659 (toll free for neighbor islands), at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
