Provides procedures for mediation of condominium management disputes, that includes: mediation, administrative hearing through DCCA, and judicial review. Requires DCCA to adopt implementing rules by 7/1/05. (SD2)

RELATING TO CHARITABLE ANNUITIES.

Reduces minimum net worth requirement from $5 million to $100,000 for nonprofit organizations that issue charitable gift annuities. Requires segregation of assets required to pay annuities and disclaimers in annuity agreements. (SD2)

RELATING TO INTERSTATE INSURANCE COMPACT.

Adopts the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Interstate Insurance Compact while exempting long-term care insurance from the provisions of the compact. Effective 7/1/2030. (SD2)

Exempts from the licensing laws for mortgage brokers and solicitors those developers of time share plans who make purchase money loans to purchasers of time share interests in time share plans. (SD1)
