RELATING TO PEST CONTROL. Specifies that a pest control operator must obtain and maintain continuous coverage of workers' compensation and liability insurance for licensure. Clarifies that the Board of Pest Control rather than the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs approve workers' compensation and liability insurance policies for licensure requirements.
