A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to human services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 273, Session Laws of Hawaii 2001, is amended by amending section 6 to read as follows:
"SECTION 6. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2001[, and shall be repealed on June 30, 2003]."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on June 29, 2003.
