Description: | Establishes a three-stage graduated driver licensing program for persons under the age of eighteen. Requires drivers under the age of eighteen to be accompanied by a licensed parent or guardian when driving between the hours of eleven o'clock p.m. and five o'clock a.m., with limited exceptions. Requires temporary instruction permit holders to be accompanied by a person who is at least twenty-one years of age, rather than eighteen, when driving. (SD1) |
