Report Title: Substitute Teachers, DOE; Collective Bargaining Unit
Description: Creates a collective bargaining unit (14) for substitute teachers of the DOE, including part-time employees working less than one-half of a full-time equivalent; provided that substitute teachers working less than       days per calendar month shall be excluded from this bargaining unit. Allows the members of bargaining unit (14) to strike. (SD1)
