Measure Title: RELATING TO DRUGS.
Report Title: Attorney General; Drug nuisance Abatement Unit; Establishment ($)
Description: Establishes a drug nuisance abatement unit within the department of the attorney general to provide for the enforcement and prosecution of violations of drug nuisance abatement laws in the penal code. Provides that drug nuisance abatement unit expenses shall be paid out of the criminal forfeiture fund in the department of the attorney general. Appropriates funds for the establishment and implementation of the drug nuisance abatement unit. (HB297 CD1)
