H.B. No. 1194 appropriates $22,726,806 in general funds and $61,138,392 in federal funds for the Department of Human Services Medicaid program to be used for health care payments to health plans and medical providers.
H.B. No. 1177 appropriates $1,000,000 in general funds to open and operate Kapolei Public Library.
