For the purpose of receiving testimony and discussion, the Committee will be hearing the following resolution reflecting the deletion of current contents and the insertion of new language in a proposed amendment form:

HCR 223 Urging the respective Mayors to implement an expedited permit process for large qualified WLH, FIN

(HR 175) projects.

PROPOSED Authorizing the Department of Land and Natural Resources to issue new leases to existing WLH, FIN

HD1 lessees for specific parcels on Kauai.

HCR 66 Requesting further inquiry with respect to the designation of lands on the island of Hawaii as WLH, JUD

(HR67) critical habitat.

PROPOSED Requesting the United States Government to complete the clean up of Kaho'olawe and adhere WLH/PSM

HD1 to its Memorandum of Understanding and Executive Order.

Comments should be directed to the proposed House Draft. Copies of the proposed

HD1 will be available in Room 405, State Capitol

HCR 191 Authorizing the Board of Land Natural Resources to lease submerged and tidal lands of WLH, FIN

the Honokohau Small Boat Harbor to private entities for commercial, recreational, educational,

and research purposes.
