HB 84 RELATING TO ACCRETED LANDS - Specifies that accreted lands along the WLH, JUD

Ocean are state lands.

HB 192 RELATING TO ACCRETED LANDS - Defines accreted lands. Includes WLH, JUD

accreted lands in the definition of public lands. Requires that accreted lands shall

be state lands except a private property owner may file an accretion claim to regain

title to the owner's eroded land that has been restored by accretion.

HB 85 RELATING TO ACCRETED LANDS - Requires the Office of Environmental WLH/EEP, JUD

Quality Control to publish notices of beachfront accretion application.

HB 193 RELATING TO LANDOWNER'S LIABILITY - Encourages landowners to WLH/EEP, JUD

allow land and water access to personnel and volunteers of invasive species control

or eradication programs by limiting the landowners liability toward persons entering

their property for these purposes
