Allows an escrow agent to release purchasers' funds to a developer prior to closing if the developer secures the funds with a bond or letter of credit.

Specifies requirements for size and display of signs advertising time shares from a booth; excludes from prohibited practices sums paid for a tourist activity or other product or service offered to a purchaser or prospective purchaser to induce attendance at time share sales promotion.
