RELATING TO PARKING FOR DISABLED PERSONS. Prohibits parking in disabled parking access aisles; authorizes law enforcement and commissioned volunteers to enforce disabled parking laws on private property; allows citations refused by disabled parking violators to be mailed to the violator's address; authorizes the disability and communication access board to adopt rules for revocation, decertification of placards and licenses, and establishment of placard fees; provides a fine for disabled persons failing to display the validly issued placard or special plate while parking in disabled parking.
