Appropriates emergency funds for the staffing of the offices of the Governor ($1,000,000,000) and the Lieutenant Governor ($141,000)

RELATING TO FIREWORKS.

Increases the fireworks permit fee from $25 to $50; requires permit for purchase of all non-aerial common fireworks; allows one permit to be sold per household. ( Proposed SD 1)
