RELATING TO LAND USE.

Authorizes counties to permit solar energy facilities in agricultural districts.

RELATING TO CLOSURE OF MUNICIPAL FACILITIES.

Expands the definition of "pollution control project" to include the closure of the project so that such closures will qualify for special purpose revenue bond funding.

RELATING TO WATER.

Prohibits the addition of chemicals to the public water supply, but not additives to make water safe and potable, such as chlorine. (SD1)

DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW, IF TIME PERMITS.
