RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

Establishes the parking for persons with disabilities special fund funded by a seventy-cent increase in the state vehicle registration fee. Mandates that fund moneys be used to administer the state disabled parking program and to reimburse the counties for administrative costs of issuing disabled parking permits and operating a volunteer parking enforcement program. Appropriates $600,000 from the fund.

AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A VETERANS AFFAIRS LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY.

Authorizes issuance of general obligation bonds to build a Veteran's Affairs long-term care facility.
