RELATING TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION.

Requires the public utilities commission to maintain a web site that includes all decisions and orders, a list of all open dockets, and a list of all upcoming meetings. Requires persons with applications before the commission to submit the application via electronic mail, on a compact disc with a copy of the application in PDF format, or in any other electronic format prescribed by the commission.
