RELATING TO TEMPORARY PARTIAL DISABILITY. Deems treatment appointments to be periods of temporary partial disability, thereby making the time spent during the treatments compensable under workers' compensation. |

RELATING TO COSTS OF PROCEEDINGS IN WORKERS' COMPENSATION APPEALS. Gives the supreme court or appellate board discretion for awarding proceeding costs and reasonable attorney's fees if appeal is initiated by an employee and the employer loses. Sets standards for this discretion. |

RELATING TO TEMPORARY DISABILITY INSURANCE. Provides up to six weeks of paid family leave as temporary disability benefits for an employee to care for a family member with a serious health condition or to care for a child upon the birth or adoption of a child. The temporary disability benefits for family leave shall be financed through employee contributions. |
