Provides fund authorization and appropriations for collective bargaining cost items for Unit 1 and their excluded counterparts.

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR SALARY INCREASES FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.

Appropriates funds to pay for the arbitrated salary increases for the HGEA bargaining units 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, and 13. Includes appropriations for state employees assigned to the Hawaii health systems corporation and employees excluded from collective bargaining.
