RELATING TO HEALTH FUND.

Short form bill.

(Proposed SD1: To require that the Board of Trustees of the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund endeavor to maintain costs at current levels.)

RELATING TO EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM.

Short form bill.

(Proposed SD1: To require that when the Board of Trustees of the Employee’s Retirement System certifies the amount due by each county for the fiscal year 2003-2004 the amount is not greater than the amount certified for the 2002-2003 fiscal year.)

RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT.

Short form bill.

(SD1: Requires public employers to provide paid leave for employees of at least eight hours per year for personal matters involving the education or health of their children; provided that such leave shall not be credited against vacation or sick leave benefits.)
