Provides respondents in Hawaii Civil Rights Commission cases with the option to remove themselves from the administrative hearings process and to have claims brought against them adjudicated in court.

RELATING TO LABOR.

Ensures that employees who are unemployed temporarily due to a labor dispute shall not be disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits if the parties to the labor dispute have reached an impasse and, prior to a work stoppage, the striking workers offer to submit the dispute to binding arbitration.
