House Bill No. 1312, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR DEPUTY SHERIFFS IN THE CIVIL BRANCH OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, which would reinstate and restore all support personnel, equipment, and services previously transferred, reduced, or repealed by law, was inadvertently placed on AGENDA #3. The Committee on Labor and Public Employment does not have jurisdiction over this measure. As such, it has been removed from the agenda.

Requires department of human resources development to retain records of public employee positions, wages, and demographic characteristics.
