Codifies licensing qualifications and personnel, staff, and family requirements for Type I and Type II adult residential care homes (ARCHs)and expanded ARCHs. Strengthens primary caregiver qualifications. Allows unannounced inspections of ARCHs during or outside normal business hours. (SD1) |
