RELATING TO ADULT RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES.

Codifies licensing qualifications and personnel, staff, and family requirements for Type I and Type II adult residential care homes (ARCHs)and expanded ARCHs. Strengthens primary caregiver qualifications. Allows unannounced inspections of ARCHs during or outside normal business hours. (SD1)

RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

Amends the controlled substances schedule by adding or deleting items. Clarifies provision relating to the dispensing of prescriptive drugs. (SD1)

Extends penalties for damage to historic property or burial sites found on private lands in the course of land development or land alteration activities when review of site by and approval from historic preservation office has not been received. (SD1)
