RELATING TO DRUGS.

Establishes the Drug Strike Force Program within the Department of Public Safety to aggressively combat the sale and distribution of illegal drugs. Provides funding for drug prevention, enforcement, and treatment. Establishes the Drug Czar in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. (HB 297 HD2)
