RELATING TO LIABILITY. Provides that no hospital that operates a helicopter landing pad for use by medical evacuation helicopters shall be held liable for civil damages resulting from any act or omission, except for such damages as may result from the hospital's gross negligence or wanton acts or omissions. |

RELATING TO LANDOWNERS' LIABILITY. Encourages landowners to allow land and water access to personnel and volunteers of invasive species control or eradication programs by limiting the landowners' liability toward persons entering their property for these control and eradication purposes. (SD1) |
