The Task Force will hear from a panel of insurance companies regarding insurance coverage for drug treatment and the effects of parity insurance coverage in private insurance and Quest. The panelists are Jennifer Diesman, Governmental Relations Manager for HMSA, Douglas Althauser from Kaiser Permanente and Robert McClay, Executive Consultant for Aloha Care/Quest.
