The Task Force will hear from U.S. Congressman Ed Case, who will speak on federal anti-drug funding and programs; U.S. Attorney Ed Kubo, who will further discuss federal law enforcement programs that would assist in ice and drug abatement, and City Prosecutor Peter Carlisle, who will further outline local anti-drug initiatives and proposals. They will be followed by representatives of Windward community groups that have led the charge against ice: Community Works in 96744, Koolauloa Working Together as a Community, Hauula Ice Breakers, and the organizers of the Kailua and Waimanalo Ice Town Hall meetings.

The Task Force will then be taking public comment regarding possible solutions to the ice problem on a first come first served basis. To allow for as much participation as possible, please keep comments to under 3 minutes.
