Mr. Peter Carlisle, Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu and Capt. Kevin Lima of the Narcotics Division of the Honolulu Police Department will provide suggestions for changes in the criminal laws, summary of and trends in criminal activities and prosecutions, and their observations about the way addiction to ice affects the communities on Oahu. Lt. Connie Shaw-Fujii of the Education Detail, Juvenile Division of the Honolulu Police Department will provide information on the DARE program.
