RELATING TO ADULT RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES. Codifies licensing qualifications and personnel, staff, and family requirements for Type I and Type II ARCHs and expanded ARCHs. Allows unannounced inspections of ARCHs during or outside normal business hours. |
