Establishes provisions required in certain contracts entered into by the Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA); requires HTA to include in its annual report details regarding contracts using public funds; establishes that intellectual property arising out of HTA's works for hire contracts shall become the property of the State. |

RELATING TO TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAX. Provides that Transient Accommodations Tax revenues for the Hawaii Statewide Trail and Access Program be deposited into the Special Land and Development Fund from which expenditures for the trails and access program can be made; removes the ceiling on the amount of funds that may be dedicated to trails and trail access under the jurisdiction of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. |
