RELATING TO SPECIAL WASTES RECYCLING.

Directs department of health to adopt rules to establish a cathode ray tube recycling program by 7/1/08.

RELATING TO VEHICULAR EMISSIONS.

Directs the DOH to develop greenhouse gas emission standards and adopt rules that achieve the maximum feasible reduction of greenhouse gases emitted by passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks and any other vehicles determined by the department to be vehicles whose primary use is noncommercial personal transportation in the State.

RELATING TO THE DEPOSIT BEVERAGE CONTAINER PROGRAM.

Provides waiver application process for dealers required to operate bottle redemption centers. Requires adoption of rules, including prompt review of waiver, renewal of waiver, and method to revoke waiver.

RELATING TO INVASIVE SPECIES.

Provides a two-year ban on all plants shipped into the State that may contain the Coqui frog or fire ants.
