RELATING TO NET ENERGY METERING. Amends the net energy metering law to by removing the 10 kilowatt cap on the size of the system, and by incrementally increasing, by .5% every 2 years to 2020, the percentage of the total rated generating capacity produced by eligible customer-generators of the electric utility system's peak demand. |
