Appropriates $800,000 to the DOE so that all elementary schools in the State will finally have playground equipment that meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials, and the guidelines of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. |
