The purpose of this informational briefing is to provide an overview of business perspectives on the State's economy. The new realities of global competition include constant change and continuous improvements. Critical factors for success include education, business climate, capital and infrastructure. Enterprise Honolulu and other regional economic development boards will share their vision of the actions that must be taken to improve Hawaii's business climate.
