RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES.

Prohibits the Public Utilities Commission from using telephone directory advertising revenues of an organization, trade, or business, to determine regulated rates or charges of a telecommunications carrier in cases where both entities are owned or controlled directly or indirectly by the same interests. RELATING TO OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS.

Continues the regulation of the practice of occupational therapy by providing for licensure. Deletes provision for temporary permits. Repeals sunset date of December 31, 2003.

RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES.

Requires retail suppliers of electricity to annually disclose information on the fuel mix of the electricity services they sell to retail electricity customers. (HB10 HD2)

RELATING TO CHIROPRACTIC.

Limits workers compensation reimbursement for chiropractic treatment to treatment of the spinal column. Defines "chiropractic" as palpation and adjustment of articulations and adjacent tissue of human body, limited to spinal column, head, lower and upper extremities, and rib cage. Allows chiropractor to use titles of "doctor of chiropractic" and "chiropractic physician". Clarifies that the Act does not expand the scope of chiropractic practice or increase the limitation on chiropractic treatments under motor vehicle insurance law. (SD1)

RELATING TO NET ENERGY METERING.

Amends the net energy metering law by removing the ten kilowatt cap on the size of eligible customer-generator systems; incrementally increases the maximum percentage of the electric utility's system peak demand that the utility must allow to be provided by eligible customer-generators, to one per cent in 2004 and 0.5 per cent incrementally every two years, to a maximum of five per cent in 2020.
